Sadie was our first berner. She is from a very nice family in Brighton. Michigan who we are still in close contact with. They have been very supportive of us. Sadie picked us, crawling up in Bill's lap almost as soon as he sat on the floor, during our first visit. She is large for a female weighing 108 lbs and standing about 27 inches at the shoulders. She has a nice boxy head, sound structure and a wonderful temperament. She also has a very silky coat. She loves people and going on outings. She is great around handicapped people and little children. She is our leaner and loves going between our legs. She is the basis for the name Trueheart because of her loyalty and the love she shows us. Sadie also pulls a cart. Diamond is from our first litter. Diamond is growing nicely, as hoped, and has entered the show ring. She has earned 5 pts towards her championship. She has the nice boxy head, a good stop, her mother's wonderful silky coat, good temperament although a little shy. She is much better in that respect with more exposure to new experiences. She is a little larger than Maggie weighing 95 lbs. She has more mass and bone, for her size, than her mother although shorter at about 25 1/2 inches at the withers. She has decent movement and stacks herself naturally. She is a sweetheart and loves attention. She loves to be right in the middle of everything. She is her mother's daughter - she loves going between our legs and has her mom's vigorous Berner Butt Shuffle when scratched on the hind end. She is a character and has a "binky" that she loves to carry around. Diamond now pulls a cart too.

We were privileged to get Maggie from Mark Mohapp in Wisconsin. She is from a Frozen Artificial Insemination litter of 13. This litter holds the record for size for frozen AI in Bernese Mountain Dogs. She is a very Happy Girl and has a happy tail, although she can put it down she prefers it up (smiling). She loves her backyard. She is our active girl, always on the move. She is always giving kisses and loves to lay in your lap. She also has the nice boxy head. She is small in stature, although she weighs in at 85lbs. She is very stocky. She was slow to mature just. She is so happy she makes us smile. Maggie is our digger, but we love her anyway. We have been training her to pull a cart too.
